When you place a wine order with us, we will deliver your wines to The UPS Store, Healdsburg, CA, where you can arrange shipping to your preferred destination. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive shipment of wines. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and the title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine to any state outside California. Buyer is soley responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products outside California

Our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Terroirs Artisan Wines will pay all shipping costs.

Terroirs Artisan Wines will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Terroirs Artisan Wines and all shipping costs will be covered by Terroirs Artisan Wines.
